About Havelock.
I was sitting in a café in Kerala, eavesdropping on a group of backpackers discussing a mythical island. They had tried and tried again to visit this place, but the island paradise had simply evaded them.
This held me. It became my mission to find it for myself.
I found Havelock Island.
Further searching revealed a brilliant yoga school in the Himalaya, who also had ambition to visit the Island and create a yoga experience there. Lemongrass Resort has the facilities required for the course.
And all the elements came together.

The school leads teacher training courses around the world. Based on a 200-hour teacher training, you can drop in as much or as little as you like. If you want to complete the full course, the opportunity and support to begin your teaching journey is here for you. If your choice is to drop into a morning asana practice, an afternoon theory class of interest, and an evening meditation, this is your retreat. We will find yoga in all aspects of our daily living. This training will lift your practice and deepen your understanding of what yoga truly is.
